To teach Taijiquan and related internal practices as a means for rejuvenation, transformation and well-being.
The teaching methodology at Inner Health Taijiquan is traditionally-orientated, Teaching is presented clearly, comprehensively and imparted piece by piece over a long period of time in an orderly progressive manner. In the beginning our focus is on developing sound fundamental practices. At Inner Health Taijiquan the onus is upon students to attend classes regularly and to practice consistently, for any lasting benefit to be produced. There are no “secrets”, “easy” or “quick” ways to learn Taijiquan either for rejuvenating health or, as a martial art practice. |
