Reflecting this morning on how when entering a practice hall to learn Tai Chi Chuan I always get a sense of leaving the fast and hurried world at the door behind me, albeit, for a short time. Sometimes the distractions of the world do seep in an attempt to relieve us of our centeredness. Maintaining and restoring balance is ceaseless. I remembered the poem by Cheng Man Ching, and found a version on the www, and though I often forget, I think Professor Cheng expresses it pretty neatly, why many of us are drawn to learn Tai Chi Chuan, I trust you may enjoy his words also? - John H The Hall of Happiness Comments are closed.
